Why GateWay exists

Gateway Advisory Collective was born from a deep curiosity about why some businesses thrive while others struggle to move beyond the idea stage.

My journey into business strategy was shaped by lived experience across different continents, observing how businesses operate in Asia, Africa, and the West and understanding how perspective, context, and structure influence growth.

A defining moment came during my time in China, where I became fascinated by the pace, discipline, and rhythm with which businesses moved.

It was there, during an early morning subway journey, that a deeper realisation emerged: many businesses do not fail because the product or service lacks value.

They become stuck because the perspective, strategic rhythm, and operating context are not aligned.

Since 2020, I have been on a continuous journey of building, learning, and refining this understanding into practical advisory frameworks that help founders and businesses move with clarity.
