All sessions must be booked in advance and paid in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.

Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• More than 48 hours’ notice → sessions can be rescheduled
• Less than 48 hours’ notice → session may be forfeited

Missed sessions without notice are considered used.

4. Refunds

All bookings are non-refundable, except where required by law.

If we are unable to deliver your session, we will offer a reschedule or refund.

You agree to provide accurate information and engage actively.

The value of our sessions depends on your participation and implementation.

All discussions are treated as confidential.

We will not share your information unless required by law or necessary to deliver services.
